Which Karyos 0.1.0-alpha.1 features run on Linux aarch64, Linux x86_64 and macOS arm64, and what evidence exists for each.

Karyos 0.1.0-alpha.1 runs on Linux and macOS. Cross-process IPC is Linux
only; on macOS the driver runs embedded, in one process.
